The studio is in my home, which is on the east side of Indianapolis. Weather and time permitting, we can shoot outside. We can go to any area in Indianapolis to shoot which would include downtown. west side, north side. east side , south side. For select clients, I'll shoot in your home; I understand that sometimes, being at home can make you feel more comfortable. I work with both natural light and studio lights, depending on the specific requirements. For headshots, I prefer natural light because it creates a more even photograph. Whichever we choose for your shoot, I want you to be relaxed. A typical photo shoot takes between two and three hours. But I will spend as much time as necessary with each client. My shoots are casual, we'll talk a lot and I'll be taking photos of your natural expressions. We can take as many breaks as you like.

Things to remember before your photography session:
• Be well-rested
• Make no drastic changes to your appearance within a week of your photo shoot
• If you're changing your hair, get it cut at least a week before the shoot so it has time to adjust to itself.
Finally, don't stress. Being photographed is fun. Feel free to bring a few outfits to the shoot. For headshots and most portraits, bring comfortable pants, even jeans. Make sure your clothes are comfortable and fit well — nothing baggy.
