I'm here to entertain requests for TFCD in the greater Atlanta area.
I'm getting on in years, at 73. I have had an avid interest in photography since I was a teen, but have never used it as a vocation. I consider myself semi-professional.
My past experience has included 1950s pinups (not 50s style pinups - actual pinups made in the 50s), historical re-enactment photography, weddings, portraits, landscapes, seascapes, astronomy, and others not associated with models or humans.
My interest now is to expand my horizons by helping others in their career, providing inexpensive (free for digital camera work, a very small share of film and processing expenses for SLR work) quality photographs for portfolios. I will only use film if requested by the model. I may ask that if I must travel more than 100 miles from my home in metro Atlanta, that the model help with transportation expenses. If the model elects to do the traveling, I will help with the transportation expense.
I am open to negotiation of time and place for portfolio shoots or generally any other needs you might have. I will retain copyright for all images, but the model will get all reasonably good digital images (or a 4x6 print of every film capture of work after I have eliminated the poor images and made any adjustments to enhance the good images). For film work, additional prints of any standard size up to 8 1/2 x 11 will be provided at my cost by request.
