I do not pay models. I will help select models build a portfolio.

I charge $250.00 for a portfolio shoot and in return I provide a CD of up to 14 retouched, select frames.  The remaining images are burnt onto CD's which are made available within 5-7 days after a paid or TFCD photo session with me.

I retain all rights to any image I shoot. This means that I own the image. What you purchase are the "limited usage rights" to my photos. I spell those out in detail in the model release that I require of every model I work with. This applies to all projects.

I'll provide extensive professional references from models, makeup artists, designers, and creative directors upon request.

I will not work with ANYONE that does not sign a model release.

I will not work with ANYONE who uses a manager or agent. I'm not interested in corresponding with your boyfriend, manager, agent or anyone else about working with you.

Also, I don't contact models whose profiles list a "manager or agent." My reputation is well respected in this industry--your boyfriend's isn't. The top models on Model Brigade don't have managers or agents--you shouldn't either.

You do not need a modeling portfolio to get work with a legitimate agency. You need two Polaroids; a headshot with hair pulled back and a body shot. Once a legitimate agency has signed you they will recommend reputable photographers to you.

A hair and makeup artist is available but is not included in my fee.

I put a great deal of time and effort into discussing and planning a shoot. My time is extremely valuable and extremely limited. Therefore, if we agree to collaborate I intend to be prompt and focused--I expect no less from the people I work with.

After the shoot, the photos that I like are uploaded to my Model Brigade portfolio, with a referral ID for the model. Feedback in the acknowledgments section is also done for each model and I require a feedback acknowledgment also for my session with you.
