My Studio is 2 Floors, with 2 Story Floor-to-ceiling Windows for lots of Natural Light, a winding Metal Staircase up to the second floor which looks great in photos, and it has nice cherry hardwood floors throughout...  There are also a Pool and a Hottub in the complex for anyone who want to do Bikini Shots, or just go for a relaxing swim after their shoots.

*** If any PHOTOGRAPHERS out there need Shooting Space, I'm renting my Studio out at $100 per hour (3 hour minimum), which includes the use of my Lights and Backdrops, and my Assistance if needed.  I also have literally Hundreds of Models, Makeup Artists, and Hair Stylists at my disposal if you need those too.  (Which will cost a little extra, of course.)

*** For MODELS who need PORTFOLIOS shot, I charge $300 for up to 4 hours of shooting time (and $50 for each additional hour).  You can shoot in as many different Outfits as we can fit in during that time.  You'll get Full Resolution, Printable versions of the 10 best shots on a CD the same day, and websized versions of the rest.  I will do touch-ups with Photoshop on up to 5 shots if necessary, at no extra cost.  We can work out a deal if you need more Full Resolution photos, or more touch-ups.

*** If you need a Makeup Artist or Hair Stylist to help you look your best, or even a Body Paint Artist, those are available for an extra $100.  They require 5 to 10 days Advance Booking though, and a $100 Non-Refundable Deposit.

*** I have an entire Wardrobe of Stylish and Sexy Outfits and Lingerie available to Rent for Photo Shoots, which I bought off a Model friend of mine who is moving to Alberta and didn't want to take everything with her.

*** If you need specific Outfits or Accessories for Shoots, I have a Wardrobe Stylist who can get them for you if you give her enough advance notice.  Her Rates start at $50 per Outfit to RENT the stuff just for the shoots, depending on how easy or not it is to obtain.  If you want to BUY them she can also get you special deals direct from the Manufacturers or Designers.

***** I give DISCOUNTS or even occassionally do TRADE SHOOTS for Models willing to do Maxim Magazine style Lingerie and Implied Nude shots, and Playboy style Artistic Nudes and Silhouettes for a Glamour Model Portfolio site I'm getting made, which I plan to launch by September 2010.  And I'll give a FREE PORTFOLIO on the site to anyone who shoots with me for it, and up to $15 Commissions for every new Paid Member they sign up to the site.  So if they sign up 100 of their Facebook, MySpace, Twitter, or Model friends, they get $1,500.

* They will also get Profit Shares from any Calendars, Posters, or DVD's of their Photos and Behind-The-Scenes Videos from their shoots that I make, and will sell through an Online Store on the website.

CURRENT PHOTOGRAPHY PROJECTS:

1)  My "Art of Desire" project

Toronto Area FEMALE & MALE Models wanted for a very tastefully erotic Photo Series called "The Art of Desire".  I`m hoping to showcase it in Art Galleries, or turn it into a Coffee Table Book...

The Photos are of "Couples" being "Intimate" with each other, in sexually suggestive but not explicit shots that show their Desire, hence the name of the Photo Series.  Images like you see in Magazine and Billboard Ads for Cologne, Perfume, Jeans, etc.

* The Models don`t have to be Actual Couples, but have to be able to pretend to be convincingly for shots like the ones of Milan and Holly M. in the "Art of Desire" pics in my Portfolio.  People can really see the Chemistry between them, even though it was their first time working / playing together...


*** The Shots can be Fully Clothed, in Underwear, or Implied or Artistic Nudes.  Preferably all of the above sequentially, because I like my Photos to tell a Story...

The Images will make great additions to the Models' Portfolios, particularly if they`re seeking work in Magazines and Ads.  And will hopefully lead to future Paid Work.


***** Models will be compensated by receiving ALL of the Photos from the Shoots on CD`s or DVD's, and will be given Model Credits on any Online Portfolio Sites I post them on, like here on Model .

2)  The "Beauty of Maternity" Series

I am seeking Women 6-9 Months Pregnant with a visible "Baby Bump" for a Photo Series that shows the Beauty and Sensuality of being "Blessed With Child".  They don`t have to be Models, just reasonably good-looking.  ;-)

*** NOTE:  In order to show off their "Maternal Figure" to their best advantage, the Mothers-To-Be must be willing to shoot Any or All of the following:

-Implied Nudes, where they are Topless, but Covering with their Hands, or Props, etc.

-Artistic Nudes that show their Breasts and Baby Bellies. (Bums are Optional.)

-Silhouttes - Back-lit Shots that are Fully Nude to show the SHAPE of Motherhood (i.e. the Curves of the Breasts, Belly, and Behind), but not the "naughty bits", because they will be hidden in Shadows.  Or edited in Photo Shop so the background is Solid White, and the Shape of the Mothers are filled in with Solid Black.


*** The "Beauty of Maternity" Series is very Tasteful and Artistic, as are all of my Nude Photos, and will make an excellent Coffee Table Book in the near future...

In the meantime the Photos may be showcased in Art Galleries, and will definitely appear in some of my Online Photography Portfolios like this one, with Model Credits given to the Mothers-To-Be...


*** The Mothers/Models will also receive ALL of the photos on a CD afterwards, from which they can make Prints if they like, either for Modeling Portfolios or just as a keepsake, as long as they give me a Photographer Credit on any Model Portfolio Sites like this one they post the pictures on, and put links to my own Portfolios on them if possible.
