Hope you enjoy seeing the few images I have posted here. Most are made with black & white film using large, medium or 35mm format cameras and the occasional digital capture. I’m especially fond of large format cameras and soft focus lenses, as the images have a glowing, retro look that is reminiscent of a distant past. I work both in the studio and on location and enjoy the challenge of new ideas or projects that point to unique ways of making photographs.
If you’re a model, I have several photographic projects I'm working on so if you would like the chance to explore new ideas or just add a little variety to your existing portfolio, here's a fine opportunity. Although I shoot digital frequently, I prefer to use large format cameras and vintage soft-focus lenses as the resulting photographs have a painterly, museum quality to them. I work in a variety of styles, from simple headshots, casual outdoor portraiture, glamour, etc. and can work at whatever level you desire or are comfortable with.
