Keep updating a contact list and gather the needed email adress to keep everyone in the loop. Look for a 1:1 ratio of photographer to model. Try to get a few stylists on board and hair and makeup people. Dot try to controll to much otherwise you will be burried in specifics. Encourage your photographers to contact your models on the roster and set up themes so everyone involved can get what they want from the shoot. Pick a great location and make sure you have permission to shoot there. food, changing rooms, bathrooms, time of day are al critical parts as well. Keep it simple and let the parties involved work on making the best of the time they have. Basically just be a co-ordinator. |
