I have worked as a professional photographer since the mid 80s... sometimes full time, sometimes on the side.
Professional affiliations include Professional Photographers Association, Digital Wedding Forum, Christians in Photojournalism, and PhotoMission. Past affiliations include Wedding and Portrait Photographers International, Radio TV News Director Association, National Press Photographers Association and Society of Professional Journalists.
As a TV news photographer last century , my credits include ABC World News Tonight, CNN, ESPN and BET along with many local TV stations throughout the South. Recent editorial credits include the Wedding Planner & Guide, Wisconsin Bride, Madison Magazine, ISSA Journal, The Wisconsin State Journal and Teeze Magazine.
Concert photography is another passion. I have shot the following artists: Vince Gill, Amy Grant, Blue County, SHeDaisy, Michael W. Smith, Steven Curtis Chapman, Casting Crowns, Chris Tomlin, Sara Groves, Fernando Ortega and Stephanie Seefeldt. I normally shoot at the request of the artist, record company or management, but all images are available for editorial use.
I have been an IT professional since 1995, am a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and have studied at the graduate level in Information Security.

My professional focus is on capturing real people through portrait and wedding photography... but I enjoy the challenge of creating all types of beautiful images.
I am booking for commercial, headshot, lifestyle and casual sessions. I can only do limited glamour work at this time.
Working with models gives me the opportunity to explore new and different things that ultimately make my other work better.
My focus is primarily on God and my family as well as the photography and Information Security consulting businesses.
